is different than it is in a criminal trial? In a civil
trial the Plaintiff must prove their case a preponderance
of the evidence. In a criminal trial the State must
prove their beyond and to the exclusion of every
reasonable doubt. Do you understand that there is a
difference there?
MS. X: Yes.
