unintentionally because they had some physical thing that
if I had known about I could have accommodated. Is there
anybody here who has anything like that makes it
difficult to sit in these hard benches, you don’t hear
well, you don’t see well? Do you have something about
you that if I knew I could be sensitive to and make it
easier for you to be here? Does anybody have anything
like that?
I asked that question once of a panel and
we tried the case well into the night, about 9:00 at
night two jurors let me know then that they were diabetic
and because they hadn’t eaten that this was a problem. I
said, I asked you these questions, tell me these things.

It is at the point now where

they are controlling it with a special diet at home that
I take and three prescriptions that I do take. I have to
monitor my blood sugar three or four times a week. From
what the doctor tells me it is kind of important that I
eat about the same time everyday, not to vary too much
from it.
