that.

Do you think that it is okay

for somebody to come and push somebody in anger?
MR. X: I don’t say that it is
okay, but I don’t perceive that it should be a lawsuit.
MR. TYSON: Well, this isn’t a lawsuit
here. Nobody is suing anybody. Everybody is clear here,
this isn’t Scientology against Mr. Minton, and Mr. Minton
against Scientology. This is the State of Florida
enforcing the laws in the State of Florida against Mr.
Minton. Does everybody understand that? I do not
represent the Scientologists.
Mr. Baker you said that there were some
prior experiences that you had when you an MP that may
