“Don’t you follow me across the street.”

speaking to him that it was accidental, and that Mr. Howd
had walked into the sign?

A I don’t recall that.

Q Would it be on the video if he said that? I’m
not going to play that again, but would it be on the
video?

A It should be.

Q Your conversation with him is on the video?

A Some of it is.

Q Now, you have seen these videos, right?

A I’ve seen some them. I haven’t seen all of
them.

one where you are talking to him for a short period of
