A That’s correct.

Q You weren’t wearing glasses while you were
videotaping because you didn’t want to get seriously hurt
when you provoked him, right?

A No, that’s not true at all. I have the video
camera up to my eye, and it was harder with my glasses on
to videotape him. It was just easier if I took them off
and had the video -- the peep site right up to my eye.

Q Okay, so what you are saying is that when you
videotape you did it without eyeglasses, as opposed to
with eyeglasses?

A Yeah, most of the time, when I am using a peep
site. There’s also -— the Panasonic has one where you
can open up to the screen and you could just follow along
with the screen.

Q But if it is up to the eye then no glasses, is
that what you are saying?
