A Absolutely. Anything that is done to an
individual, or anything that is done by the organization,
if they want to ensure that they are going to obtain the
desired result it is drilled, what we call drilling. I
am sure that term is used in the military as well. Where
something is gone over by individuals to ensure that they
both have an understanding of what they are going to do.

Q Is each person on the scene given a specific
task?

A If there are multiple individuals that are
needed for a particular thing, yes. Anybody that is
going to be a part of any particular action has to be
there and present because they need to recreate the scene
exactly as it is going to be implemented, or carried out.
