Counsel approach for a second.
I’ve just something for you all to be looking at during
the course of the day.

THE COURT:
I am taking no position. This
is just a think-piece, for you all to kind o~ go through,
we like this. we don’t like this. Just something for you
to be thinking about when we get to the charging
conference.
 
Is there anything that we need to do
before we get underway this morning?
 
MR. DENIS DE VLAMING:
I just need to get
Ms. Rivellini. My brother is in another courtroom. We
can start without him. He has got a pre-trial.
 
THE COURT:
That’s fine. Take your time.
We are fine. Let me know when you are ready. Is
everybody ready go.
 
MS. RIVELLINI:
We are actually still
waiting on the first witness. I would like to take a
moment to clarify. I think that I am still having trouble
understanding your ruling from the proffer yesterday
morning and I do not want to do anything that you are
going to take in violation of that proffer. We are all
here to run a clean trial. So if I could ask you what
