outside the hearing of the jury.)
 
MR. DENIS DE VLAMING: Your Honor, the
record doesn’t know this, but now it will, there are two
African American jurors on this jury. I think to ask a
question as to whether or not any kind of hypothetical
whether or not it would be racist to picket a business of
bad automotive —— whatever it is, is totally improper.
 
MR. TYSON:
Judge, I was going to go
through different religions, ages, Jewish, Black, if
their White, if they Christian, give him a whole list to
see what Mr. Minton has to say. Because according to him
he knows what lawful picketing is, and that’s what he is
doing.
 
MR. DENIS DE VLAMING: Aren’t we getting
far afield from the incident.
 
MR. TYSON:
We are far, Denis, and you are
the one that started this.
 
MR. DENIS DE VLAMING: I object to this
