1. find identity of victim
2. check database to see if victim is an SP
a. if an SP, go to 6.
b. if no identity possible or not on SP list, go to 3.
3. check for payment ability. Find cash, credit card, expensive watch, etc.

b. handle payment.

4. check to see seriousness of injury
a. if psychosomatic, do date/locate
b. if minor injury, do touch assist.
c. if major injury, postulate healing.
5. have FSM handle any raw meat onto the bridge or route the pc onto the
next level.
