This information is from the IRS 1023 forms submitted by Scientology to get tax exempt status. The IRS asked for information about litigation that Scientology had been involved in. The categories and notation are the church's, not mine. My comments will be in {brackets}, of which some talk about the commentary in the documents. (in re), US Bankruptcy Court in Maryland (settled) {when Dynamic filed for bankruptcy, the court went after CoS to get back some donations the owners had conveyed to CoS.
