re: Advanced Technology in my possession

Mr. Moxon,

   In light of the questions you asked me in my deposition on
October 20, 1995 here in Phoenix, and in spite of your assistant's 
threat that "we will raid you and sue you; you are on notice!" as
I was leaving the deposition, it appears to me that you are 
claiming the material I have is indeed the church's Advanced
Technology and that you wish for me to return such material to the 
Religious Technology Center, or whichever Church of Scientology
corporation holds the copyrights to these materials.
   If I am provided with a formal legal order to surrender what is
called the Advanced Technology, I will do so, provided 1) you 
must confirm that the documents that I provided you at the
deposition are indeed the Advanced Technology and 2) you must
provide me  with the specific identification of each document that
is Advanced Technology in my possession.
   I am willing to turn over or destroy all the Church of
Scientology's Advanced Technology in my possession to the proper
current  copyright holders if this is what the copyright holders
demand.
