A.	At any point ,in time, I was told that they were

there in Los Angeles and they’re there. So, okay, they’re
there. And that they do belong to, I think it was —- I
think Elliott told me that they belong to the
Church of Scientology International and that —- well,
they’re there. Actually, it was as simple as that.

Q.	, Did you speak with Mr. Farney to determine who had

access to the folders during that period of time?

A.	No, I didn’t.

Q.	bid you determine whether during this ph~fsical

possession of the folders anyone ever took any documents out
of the folders?

Did you communicate in writing? Did you ask him about that
in writing?

A.	I don’t believe so. I’d have to look at the ‘

dispatch that we sent to them. But I wouldn’t see any
reason why he would take anything out of it, but I don’t
even know, I just don’t know.
