conversation, so obviously he thinks they were

different than what Mr. Fugate remembers. I think it’s
clear that you’re saying now that you —- tha~äs far as
you know, and none of y’all have personal knowledge,
that the documents that we subpoenaed don’t exist.

And we’ve done, an extensive

I disagree it’s extensive and I
disagree it’s appropriate, but we’re notgoing to
resolve that either.

The problem that troubles me a little bit,
it’s somewhat unclear, because Mr~. Weinberg has,
indicated that, we’re not refusing to deliver them
because they’re privileged, but if we had them, we
would claim the privilege and not deliver them. S
