MR. X: One of my friends is there
now until I get back. They had to take off work to get
there.

And that couldn’t continue

MR. X: No, definitely not.

MS. X: I am in the process of
closing down a business and right now I am the only one
there. It would be difficult, not impossible. But it
would be difficult to be away three days.

And you are closing a

business? Is the business not open right now?
MS. X: In my business you don’t
just stop. It takes months to close it down. And I am
in the process of that.

THE COURT:

And three days would just be a

real undue hardship, is that what I am understanding?
MS. X: It would difficult, not
impossible.
