Thursday and I am the only one there who has the security
clearance to do that report.
 
THE COURT:
And you couldn’t do it on
Thursday? I don’t mean to pressure you, but I have got
to ask these questions.
 
MR. X:
Not in one day, no. If I was
on the jury I would have to work at night to finish it.
That would be a problem.
 
THE COURT:
Okay. Who was the next hand?
Mr. X?
 
MR. X: My wife and children were
involved in an accident on Friday where they had to Bay
f lighted out and they are basically -- they got released
and they are home now, but they are pretty much
bedridden.
 
THE COURT:
So they need you to care for
them?
