If he responds further
than I’ve asked then I have no problem with how you
conduct the courtroom. But I would only the question the
way that I just phrased.
 
MR. TYSON:
My question is that she may
ask a very simple question, he may just ramble on.
 
THE COURT:

MS. RIVELLINI:
I don’t know if you want
to argue that at the bench. He entered only one page of
a document.
 
THE COURT:
I’ve already ruled. Do you
want to argue that again?
 
MS. RIVELLINI:
You ruled that only he had
to enter it. I would like to enter it under the rule of
completeness. And we can either argue that now, or come
back up.
 
MR. TYSON:
I don’t know how it is
completeness, Judge. He just testified it is for the
limited purpose of showing that they have -- showing that
they can’t do anything illegal. I didn’t go into any of
the policy. I did nothing about that.
