certified copies of additional public records. On the
basis of 90.8038 and 90.955, these are clearly admissible.

And on the relevance point, the internet
postings basically show ongoing continued anti-Scientology
activities, including picketing and plans, and they contain
other statements like this one.

In Ms. Brooks’ posting about her trip to
Europe, she states, “We at the Lisa McPherson Trust have
been profoundly disturbed at the degree to which
Scientology, through intimidation, threats, harassment and
other forms of pressure, have been able to gain such a
large amount of control over the government, police force,
the local businesses and the citizens of Clearwater. This
is indeed a frightening level of political corruption in
what we are proud to call a free country.”

The purpose of this, Your Honor, is simply to
show that these parties are still right next to each other
in the City of Clearwater, and they are engaged in a form
of political and picket and protest warfare, and this is
the very thing that caused you to issue and modify and
clarify the injunction that’s still going on.
