So I would like to begin my offering into
evidence the Exhibits A, B, C and 0 that are attached to my
petition or motion for extension of time.
 
THE COURT: Okay. I have them in front of me.
 
MR. MERRETT: Your Honor, on behalf of the
trust and the individual respondents other than Mr. Minton,
I would object to Exhibit A on the basis of relevance and
to Exhibits B, C and D on the grounds that they are
hearsay. They are not documents created in the regular
course of business but rather created in anticipation of
litigation, which takes them out of the business record
exception to the hearsay rule.
