The adherence of Scientology or spirit of the
internet postings is certainly not within the gambit of the
injunction, and it’s totally irrelevant to this proceeding.

MR. POPE: Your Honor, I think that would go to
the weight of the matter rather than its admissibility.

MR. HOWIE: Your Honor, I would renew the
objections on the ground of hearsay, in addition to joining
with objections by co-counsel.

THE COURT: I will let it in. I agree. I

MR. MERRETT: Your Honor, with respect to
Exhibit F, Exhibit F purports to be a report of a claim
violation by a person who is not a party to the action and
was not named in either the original or the amended --

THE COURT: I’m going to let them in just to
show that they’re police reports, that something was
reported. I don’t think this is being entered to prove the
matter asserted as far as an Internet security breach or
these other items. It’s just somebody called the police
and they responded.
