an existing injunction. Are you familiar with that
injunction?
 
A.
Yes.

Would you tell the Court why you believe the
injunction needs to stay in place.
 
A.
I will. Well, the fact of the matter, the Lisa
McPherson Trust is still right next door to us. They still
carry out activities that are anti-Scientology. They do
pickets.
They also have violated the injunction over the
last few months. There were three instances in April with
