Mr. Bunker
--
there have been some in June
--
at the
Clearwater building that’s located at 500 Cleveland Street,
and also there is a little side street called Watterson
Avenue; it is a building where our staff come every day,
three times a day, for their meals, so that’s thousands of
meals are served from that building, and people are coming
right at each mealtime, and it’s a very narrow street, very
limited access to the street. And we feel we just don’t
want to have our people
-—
our staff members and our
parishioners
--
being harassed by these people, and they’re
right there in our faces.
Q.

Has the existence of the injunction brought a
|
measure of stability to the situation there on Watterson?
A.
|
Very definitely. It has created a much, much
|
safer atmosphere for our staff and our parishioners to
carry out their normal affairs; and without that, it really
would be very difficult for us to do that.
MR. POPE: I have no further questions.
THE COURT: All right. Let me do this. I will
go with Mr. Howie and then I will come back to you. Hold
on just a minute. The clerk is here. Just a second.
(Discussion held off the record between the
clerk and the Court.)
THE COURT: Ladies and gentlemen, while the
clerk is here
