your knowledge -- first of all, have you reviewed those

I don’t recall having seen anything about me in

To the best of your knowledge, did the people
named and complained of in these reports act under your
direction or control as your employees or agents?

No, they did not.

You were criminally charged with battery in an
instance arising on October 31, 1999 involving allegations
made by a Richard Howd; is that correct?
 
A.
That’s correct.

And, in fact, you went to trial on the misdemeanor
charge of battery, correct?
