out for 180 days, so it’s irrelevant.

MR. HOWIE: Your Honor, this is submitted for
purposes of establishing the status of the criminal case
that was brought against Mr. Minton in relation to the very
same instance which serves as the basis for this
injunction, which is therefore relevant, and we need to
establish on the record the outcome of that circumstance
and whether there are any other sanctions against
Mr. Minton.

After all, the law is that the Court cannot use
the injunctive power, the equitable injunctive power, to
prohibit the commission of a criminal offense; therefore,
it’s relevant.

THE COURT: Objection overruled.

MR. POPE: Your Honor, we will stipulate that
Mr. Minton was acquitted in the criminal trial, for
whatever that’s worth.

MR. HOWIE: And with that stipulation, that
ends my inquiry on that point.

THE COURT: What?

MR. HOWIE: With that stipulation, that ends my
inquiry on that point.

THE COURT: All right. Stipulation so noted.
Mr. Howie, you’re through?

MR. HOWIE: Yes. No further questions.
