extends to the agents or employees of an individual, that
ultimately they prevailed in getting the Court to enjoin a
number of other people, including the entity known as Lisa
McPherson Trust.
 
It still stands, however, that when we look at
this injunction as it pertains to Mr. Minton, that Richard
Howd received his remedy from this Court; that is, a
six-month injunction.
 
Nothing further has been presented to this
Court concerning the activities of Mr. Minton which
establishes any ground for giving them an additional
remedy. In short, Mr. Howd got the remedy he sought, and
that remedy is at an end by the Court’s own order.
 
One purpose of an injunction is to prevent a
multiplicity of lawsuits, from Dotolo v. Schouten , a
Florida Second DCA case from 1983. I will cite 426
Southern Second 1013.
 
We are trying to avoid a multiplicity of
lawsuits by virtue of having an injunction. We will create
a multiplicity of lawsuits if every 180 days they return to
you with the argument that the injunction is still working
and therefore it should continue on indefinitely.
 
The only basis that they have provided this
Court with for purposes of continuing the injunction is
because, A, the Church of Scientology objects to the words
