And then the Respondents came in and we had
another hearing resulting in an order on April 6th, 2000 in
which you refused to change the injunction that had been
developed over time.
 
Now, on the issue of the press, it’s
interesting to note that the press was very present at the
first hearing back in December and that there were lots of
folks here at the second hearing in February, but nobody
came to the third hearing at all.
 
And the recognized press is not here today,
even though these notices of hearing and all of that sort
of thing are out and part of the public record, so I don’t
know how interested the press is at this point in time with
respect to this matter.
 
What I have done, Your Honor, is I attached to
the motion Exhibits A, B, C and D. Exhibit A is a
collection of internet postings written by Mr. Bunker,
Mr. Minton and Ms. Brooks, who is the president of the
McPherson Corporation. Exhibits B, C and D are police
reports.
 
I served a request for admissions on the
Respondents and asked them to admit by the 20th of June,
which was the cutoff date, just the genuineness of these
documents, and they were admitted. Mr. Minton’s counsel
filed a written admission saying they were admitted, and
