Q.
You’re taking a lot of pictures of your own
people.

A.
Yeah. That’s largely what I do with the trust; I
document the Lisa McPherson Trust activities and have been
doing so, even before the trust was formed, I’ve been
documenting many of our activities for the past year and a
half.

Q.
And that’s everything that’s on the tape?
A.
Yes.
THE COURT:
All right. I don’t have any
further questions. Anybody want to ask any questions?

MR. POPE:
No questions.
THE COURT:
Thank you very much. Appreciate
it. All right. You may; yes, sir.

MR. MERRETT:
Your Honor, I have no witnesses
to call. I would merely tender into evidence -- I don’t
know how you would title us as to party, but my client’s
Exhibit 1 which was the Hubbard communication office
bulletin of 5 November 1967 on which the Internet posting
parody was based.

THE COURT:
Oh, that parody? Yeah, I
understand. Mr. Pope?

MR. POPE:
Objection, no proper authentication
or foundation.

THE COURT:
What do you say, sir?
