I did ask the City Attorney’s office to send
someone to confirm that, and I believe Mr. Hull is in the
audience who indicated that he was here to tell you that
the city has no objection to this proceeding. I believe
Mr. Hull is sitting out in the audience here. I don’t know
if he wants to get up and say that to you, but he’s
certainly welcome to if he wishes.
 
Your Honor, it seems to me to be almost a
no-brainer that we need to extend this injunction because
it is working. In fact, Mr. Minton got up on the stand and
told you that he hasn’t violated it, which I think is
wonderful.
 
Mr. Bunker has. If you look in these police
reports, he’s flouted the court order a few times. And
those police reports are admitted for substantive evidence
under one of the exceptions to the hearsay rule.
 
One of the things that we ask you to do is to
remind Mr. Bunker that court orders are to be obeyed. We
have not filed a motion to have him held in contempt; but
if he keeps doing this, we will probably have to do it.
But he needs to be reminded that court orders are to be
obeyed.
