stay out of the face of these people. You can convey your
message from a few feet away. That’s all it says. They’re
not prohibited.
Look at the internet postings I have got there.
They’re talking about all of the protesting that they’ve
been able to do, and they’ve been able to do plenty of it.
Mr. Minton said he wanted the injunction
dissolved because he had a right to get closer to them.
Well, Your Honor, that’s just an explosive situation where
you’ve got two groups of people; they each think they’ve
got a lock on the truth and that the other one is not even
close to the truth and they want to get at each other.
That’s an explosive situation, Your Honor. We
don’t need to let that get back to the situation it was in
before you issued your injunction.
The state of hostility still exists, Your
Honor. The only order that makes any sense whatsoever is
to continue it for another 180 days; and during that period
of time, we will probably come in and ask for a final
hearing to convert it into a permanent injunction. Thank
you, Your Honor.
MR. MERRETT: Your Honor, I found that cite.
don’t have a copy, but may I give you the cite? It’s Olans
